CLIENTS MUST INCLUDE
1. Which commission type they would like.
e.g: i would like a bust-up rendered piece with background of 2 characters.2. A short description of your character's personality/ lore/ backstory3. Provide CLEAR photo references
- pose references (min. 1)
- character references (min. 2)
- concept reference -> lighting, scenario, etc (min. 2)
- background references/if interested (min. 3)
- extra character reference/if interested (min. 2)
1st Payment
UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE COMMISSION, UPFRONT PAYMENT of 50% will be paid once the commission is confirmed
β SKETCH
a rough sketch will be sent to the client, the client may request any modifications at this stage!
WIPS WILL BE SENT UPON REQUEST ONLY!
any additional MAJOR modifications at the pre render stage will result in an additional fee of $2
Final Approval & Payment
ONCE THE CLIENT IS SATISFIED WITH THE COMMISSION, CLIENT WILL THEN PAY THE REMAINING 50% OF THE COMMISSION!A WATERMARKED 300 DPI PIECE WILL BE SENT TO YOU VIA GOOGLE DRIVE

NOTES
β I have the right to use the commission as samples and post it on my social media.β I have the right to reject a commission if I feel uncomfortable drawing your requestβ Kindly provide me with CLEAR REFERENCES and a SHORT AND CONCISE DESCRIPTION of your commissionβ I will only start the piece after the 50% of the payment has been madeβ Please avoid spamming me with messages regarding the commissionsβ I will take about 2 weeks to a month to complete the commission due to school or personal reasonsβ I will update you readily on the progress so please do not rush me, thank you

ALL PRICES ARE IN SGD/USDPayPal, Paynow and Paylah are accepted
REFUND POLICY
A full refund will be issued if I am unable to start the commission/if any unforeseen circumstances occurPLEASE INFORM ME if you want to cancel the commission due to valid reasons/emergency so that I can refund you at most 30% of the commission.
CLIENT'S RIGHTS
β you are allowed to use the commission as a profile picture/Twitter Header/iconsβ commissions are solely PERSONAL USE ONLY (commercial use may be available in the future but do note there will be a fee)β You may post the watermarked commission with proper credit to @hyuki104 on your social mediaβ You are not allowed to use the commission for commercial use (e.g. NFTs, reselling, tracing, AI)
